fraud ~ in which case we'll notify the appropriate authorities and use every

Dispute Policy
We have an excellent track record of resolving valid billing disputes.

Concerning Fraud
We know that
most of our customers are honest people. However, every once in a great while
there is a bad apple in the bunch. Be advised that fraud is illegal. We enlist outside assistance to collect falsely disputed charges, including
local law enforcement and the FBI's IFCC.
